Engwe EP-2 Pro (Battery Pack)

I love this bike I commute with it everyday to work and it hasn’t let me down yet battery life is good and the speed is good if you unlock it

The battery the bike came with lasted a whole 2 days 😐 some type of connection problem on the female part and it melted plastic off it onto the male connecter on the bike so it is messing with my other battery now contact me asap I hadn’t even gone 25 miles on it and it went out on me

My new Ep 2 Pro showed up fast and in perfect shape, the people at Engwe are doing a great job. The bike is super cool and I am really enjoying it.

Sent me an extra terminal and parts as well. All woks as advertised. Wish they would make a rear rack battery available for the ep2 pro available in the US.

This is my 1st ebike and so far everything has been great. Ride daily with no issues. I'm 5'7" and it can be tough to adjust seat to comfortable pedaling position and still get on and off easily, so something to think about for shorter riders.

Seeing how I haven't ridden a bike in years and the fact that I'm an "older fella" I started looking into e-bikes. I saw various reviews of this bike on YouTube and was impressed with what the various people reviewing them had to say. So I took the plunge and purchased it and I'm glad I did. It's an easy bike to put together. I love the fact that it has pedal assist. That makes it much easier to get back into biking since I haven't rode a bike since my younger years. I like the fact that it costs $1,200 since i didn't want to spend too much just in case I decided that it wasn't for me. Well, I love this bike! Easy to ride and you can adjust various setting to make the biking experience better. This bike also comes with some tools to help put the bike together. I also purchased a good head light just for that extra safety factor. Comes with a battery charger that you can use for charging the battery while in the bike or you can take it out and charge it that way. All in all, I like everything about this bike. The motor has more than enough power to aid in getting up hills and you can also use the twist throttle if you want to take a break from pedaling. The brakes work well with all the stopping power you need and the fat tires help in providing a cushy ride along with the front suspension. I had this bike going 26.4 MPH which is plenty fast for me. Overall, this is a great e-bike if you don't want to spend a lot of money. Also, I like the fact that you can fold it up and put in your car or SUV in my case. In a nut shell, this was money very well spent!

I got this for my family to share and it is incredible. I haven't ridden a bike for awhile and it is stable. My kids are loving it!!!

Recently had knee replacements, gives me a way to explore bike trails and get exercise without any pain. I absolutely love this bike, worth every penny. I’ve gone 30 miles on it so far and thousands more to go. I am 6’5” 284 pounds and this bike fits me perfectly.

Fairly easy to assemble wish it would have gave directions to adjust front brakes have to get a back light for it and mirrors other than that it’s a great bike fun easy to ride!

Good quality parts and very well made. It took me about 30 min to completely assemble, great packaging to keep it safe during shipping. I love riding this bike, The motor kicks in after about half a pedal and then it's easy from that point on. It gets up to speed quickly and maintains it, peddle assist is really cool. If you need to glide a bit just push down on the throttle. I've only ridden it a few miles so I haven't tested the battery completely but it's still showing a full charge. I hit 27.2 mph going on a flat road in the bike lane. Great value, super great components, and the fun factor. I highly recommend this bike

Very pleased with the bike’s appearance. Have already put 24 miles on it. Put 15 miles on the first charge, it still had 2 bars left on battery, but I went ahead and recharged it. That was riding in hilly terrain. Must be in pedal assist going uphills. Overall very pleased with my purchase. Would recommend this bike.

So so hard to communicate, it took 3 deliveries to get it & lost 2 day's work. But at least it's here & works !! I've done my homework, hours & hours of reviews and comparisons . This is the 1 not flawless but I've been told any problems will be solved . I'll finish this in a few days & hopefully be 5 stars .

Tail light and charger were cracked. Stuck in 7th gear. This is my second ep- 2 pro. 1st one great but need corrective measures on this one.

Love the bike researched all of them best combo for that size and type of bike only wish you could call someone vs text or email on tech settings thru the computer Manuel is only so helpful custom setting ect

Ordered 2 bikes, this EP -2 Pro with extra battery and a Engine Pro with extra battery (full suspension) we have had for 4 weeks and have put 120 miles on them during this time. I did 30 miles one day and had 28% battery left. Most of the riding was normal flat neighborhood with 3 moderate inclines during the ride. Makes pedaling very easy or maintaining your speed. I live near the beach (4 miles) so I am making a carrier to tow my paddleboards because the pedal assist makes it so easy..

Excellent choice for larger rider. I'm about 6'0" 320 l.b.s. and bike still moves efficiently. I'm in a flat area so hills are not a concern. Bought it mainly for camping in the summer. Going around campgrounds and visiting other areas. Fold up design was a must. Extra battery a ➕️ plus. Few dings in fenders no big concern to me but worth noting. Setup was fairly simple. 30 minutes maybe. I'm very happy so far.
