M20 3.0 dual battery delivered today, assembled in two hours and on the road. This is THE e-bike of e-bikes! This is my 4th bike in 4 years and it is fantastic- well-built, high quality and best value for money. Handles superbly and power / speed is as advertised. Itās the closest youāll get to a motorbike with pedals. Very happy customer!
This bike has been great! I weigh 260 lbs and have no problem of hitting 40 mph, just hit 300 miles on it, I have the dual battery set up and itās amazing, ride around the city and be able to come home and not have to charge it every time is sweet, only con is the brakes are pretty squeaky and feel like they are really trying to stop, but they do their job, all in all Iām very happy with the purchase
i have owned this bike since July 16th, at first their was an issue with the charging, But that was NOT Engwe fault. The shipping company delivered the box EXTREMELY damaged. but after speaking to the people at Engwe, They helped me by sending a replacement battery oddly enough it charged on the bike even the first battery. something with the bms, but i have put nearly 300miles on this bike in a short time, i tow a trailer with my dog, the bike pulls nice, rides nice, have not had any REAL issues, it's got plenty of torque, ive had many ebiked most 48v, it's not just the voltage its in the gearing and wattage, those bikes on hills around me always dropped down 10-15mph to a speed of 12-17mph. this bike if i hit the hill doing 40mph, it only drops down to 25-27mph regains it's self and starts gaining speed again. this bike is awesome, i love it, adjustable suspension front forks, rear DNM coil shock with adjustable knob, and coil. nice road tires quiet. I recommend not driving them in deep soft sand, slippery dried puddles found on trails as they do not grip very well, but hard packed gravel, sand, they are great, handles nice. way better then most bikes i have encoutered. great support they get back to me within a day and respond to my problems without argument.
I ordered the bike online, FedEx delivered it fast, unboxing was easy, I took it for a ride right away, and Iām genuinely happy I made the right purchase.

This actually fits shorter riders! I'm 5'6" and 75yrs old, and I do have a bit of a problem swinging my arthritic leg over the seat, but I can sit on it with BOTH feet on the ground.! š¤Ŗ It's easy to ride and lots of fun. I had to "adapt " some panniers to work on the bike as I use it mainly to go to the store for groceries. I have also bypassed the 20mph limit as I do use it on some city highways, and I like to kind of keep up with the traffic. I just hate having all of the cars zooming past me. It's also fun to beat them across the intersections using the throttle! But I rarely use it otherwise and get plenty of speed on just assist 2 or 3. Over 20 on 2, and up to 30, or so, on 3. ššš„°
The bike rides great! Engwe needs to deliver on their promises and pay better attention to what goes into the box, like the right key for the storage compartment. Thank you
It features a more spacious seat than a regular bike, allowing it to carry a passenger like a motorcycle. It even comes with passenger pedals so the passenger's feet don't dangle. Additionally, there's a convenient key-locked storage compartment near the handlebars, which I greatly appreciate, as I don't like keeping my phone or other personal items directly outside my pockets.
After a while, I finally received my M20 3.0 a few weeks ago. I opted for the dual-battery version. The second battery arrived a week after the car, but that's no big deal. The car is fantastic, powerful, feature-rich, and the dual-battery range is amazing.
An amazing design š
Crazy fast bike - well built -awesome brakes - great for a motorhome! :) I had a custom leather seat made with extra padding - sooooo worth it!
My only issue is that darn firmware issue - bike goes into connect mode and will not come out untlil battery is removed and re-installed after 15 minutes. I never even connected app because I'm afraid of getting stuck somewhere! Please contact me if this problem gets fixed and I'll update my review as 5 star (because it deserves it!)
Bike arrived on time and was packaged well. It was easy to put together and everything works as it should. It looks great and performs well. I am really happy with this purchase. It is an incredible bike.
A solid bike for the price! You get great power for your money, and the quality of the frame and welds feels excellent. Itās also very easy to customize to your own taste. The display is compact and looks coolānothing unnecessary there. Ghost pedaling is real though; pedaling this thing is more of a joke than a practical feature. The tires and grip are good. Stock lights are okay, but Iād recommend replacing them for better visibility. The front suspension is decent, but the rear is quite stiffāanother part I'd suggest upgrading. The seat feels pretty good! With a single battery, I managed a 1.5-hour ride covering about 28 miles total.
However, there are a few bugs. Iām getting a 'Connect' error, and it seems I got a battery that triggers glitches with the screen and charging. I'm not sure if it's the Texas heat or just the product being a bit 'raw' still. The app is also a bit glitchy. My other devices handle the temperature fine, so Iām hoping Engwe support can release a firmware update or resolve this soon!
I absolutely love this e-bike. I'm on the larger side and have bad knees, but this e-bike is incredibly comfortable to ride. Its pedal assist and throttle start are fantastic. The start is very smooth, and the pedal assist is effortless. I previously rode another e-bike whose brakes and throttle were unresponsive, making it feel unsafe to stop near obstacles. ENGWE has done a great job! I also appreciate its power and range, which was one of the main reasons I bought this bike. ENGWE has been very responsive to my numerous questions, for which I am very grateful!
The M20 3.0 is a monster of ebikes, faster than it looks, and I love it so much that I now ride it every day for long trips outdoors.
I have to say the improvements in the M20 3.0 are truly remarkable, and I'm not exaggerating! This bike is more like a motorcycle, but I'm not saying it's unsafe; the ground contact is excellent. I just rode it 30 miles, and it performed exceptionally well, still having 80% battery remainingš¤Æ In short, at this price point, I simply can't imagine a better bike!
Battery does not last long at all. Iāve recharged it now for the 3rd time and only have gone 50 miles. Definitely could use some front turn signals but other then that the overall of the bike is 4.0 out of 5 star.
