    Password Setting Steps

    1. The initial password: 00000， when the initial password is aligned with the scale, the lock can be unlocked (as pictured)

    2. After opening, turn the axle wheel 90° clockwise (as pictured)
    3. Align the scale, and you can modify the password (as pictured)
    4. After changing the password, turn the shaft wheel counterclockwise back to the original position (as pictured)
    5. Insert the lock, mess up the password to lock (as pictured)

    Note: After changing the password, it is recommended to take a photo and keep it on file to avoid forgetting the password

    I must say...this is my favorite bike and this is my first e-bike.

    I highly recommend watching some YouTube videos about how to ride an e-bike if you don't have any e-bike experience. I did my research before I got on the bike. Safety is always first and I didn't want to have an accident. I have not fallen off of a bike since my younger years and I was not about to start that back. :-) This bike has great speed and I like using all 2 methods of riding (peddle-assist, and electric modes). You can get a good workout on this bike if you incorporate peddling. I already have 7 family members and friends who are looking into getting a bike for themselves. Oh, the shipping method was super quick. I ordered the bike on a Wednesday and I received it the following Sunday. The original delivery date was the following Friday and I got it before that.

    Upon arrival, the box had a hole in it and the saddle was cut by something sharp during shipment. I contacted ENGWE and they responded that same day. The new saddle is on it's way. A complaint was filed against FedEx for the issue. It was not ENGWE's fault, so I did not fault them on that. They couldn't control the delivery process when it was in route to me.

    I give them five stars because the bike is awesome and it's a very sturdy and good quality bike. I like the fact that they are located in the U.S. This provided me with a peace of mind. Their customer service is excellent. I highly recommend getting one of their bikes. Thank you ENGWE! I look forward to doing more business with you.

    But after riding the L16 e-bike for a few weeks, I'm so glad I made the decision. If you're looking for a reliable daily commuter bike, or just something to ride around on weekends without breaking the bank, this is the perfect choice. Highly recommended!

    Extremely Long Range: The dual-battery version features a 1968Wh battery, providing up to 150 miles of range. No need to drive for your daily commute; an e-bike easily saves on monthly fuel costs.

    Powerful Power and Torque: The motor on this bike is no joke! Acceleration is smooth and powerful, and climbing hills is effortless. Whether I'm using pedal assist or pure throttle cruise, it accelerates quickly and maintains speed with ease.

    16-inch Wide Tires: The small 16x4.0-inch tires offer high torque, fast acceleration, and agile handling. At 5.9 feet tall, it's just the right size for me.

    Very Easy Assembly: The bike was well-packaged, and all the necessary tools were included. It took me about 30 to 45 minutes to assemble it. The instructions were simple and clear, but watching a simple assembly video online would have been even easier.

    Sturdy and Durable: The frame feels very robust and durable. Even when riding on bumpy, broken, or lightly gravelly surfaces, there were no rattles or deformations. The ground strap design makes getting on and off easy, feeling like a higher-priced brand-name bicycle.

    Great Value: For its price, its features (long battery life, comfortable suspension, reliable gears, and a stylish LCD screen) make it one of the best value e-bikes on the market.

    The BIKE was delivered in a box.

    All the necessary tools for assembly were included. Assembly was quick, just like anyone who's ever assembled a bike before. I usually ride a bicycle, so I only made a few minor adjustments to the brake levers. My first impression was excellent, especially since I'd never ridden an e-bike before. The power assist is fantastic; just a light touch on the pedals gets the bike moving. I highly recommend it to anyone still hesitant about buying an e-bike.
