Very nice

Well equipped for price. Strong motor gets me up the worst hill with minimal effort on my part. Appreciate dual suspension. Wish it better accommodated short people. Assembly instructions pretty minimal/could use more detail and visuals. Use instructions also limited and vague. Throttle is a bit "touchy" and not linear in early part of stroke but fine thereafter.

Arrived without battery. Was backordered but no note to that effect in box. However, Engwe responded promptly to my email on weekend and shipped battery fairly shortly thereafter. They continued to be responsive during the in transit time.

Having said all that I am enjoying it immensely and it is a lot of fun. It seems well made and well engineered.

It's lightweight, tough and low profile. Looks good too. Totally satisfied with it!

This little bag holds twice as much as you think it will.
I put it on a my EP-2 PRO because it has a small rack and it fits perfectly.
My bag has an electronic tire inflator, tool kit, first aid kit, 1 quart water bottle, flashlight, sunblock in it, so that should tell the story.
Rear safety light clips on very easily on the back of the bag.

I ordered bikes for my wife and daughter and the bags came with. These bags are made very well. I have tried multiple different bags off of Amazon at the same price range and they were nowhere nearly as nice as these bags are. I since then ordered two more one for myself and my son. They stay on the bike very nicely and everything is heavier built than any bags I got off of Amazon. Also the rain cover keeps everything 100% dry.
