Well ENGWE came through They surprised me They got the second battery for me I can’t believe it! I learned a lesson if you’re patient enough and give them time ENGWE will make it happen. I’m extremely happy about this so anyway, Customer Service will stand up for you if you give them enough time they will take care of you so I’ll give them a five because that’s all I can give them, but I will give them a 10 for the patient they had with me. Even though the battery was out of stock they made away so thank you very much ENGWE you make me a very, very happy Customer.
Yeah, it’s a great battery yeah, and it’s a great bike, but no one can buy a separate battery because it’s never in stock supposed to be in stock this week but I see it’s not But I guess you can’t sell it if you don’t have it why is it taking so long for the battery to come into stock’ so you consumers can buy what they want the craziest thing about it is this particular bike can only use that type of battery with a 3 pin plug-in, but the great thing is the bike is equipped to add it without having to change anything simply plug it in. I went for a ride yesterday and really enjoyed it. The bike is surprisingly fast very smooth . Engwe get it together. You got a great bike get the parts in that people want. Please!!!
Easy install. If you're on the fence about getting a 2nd battery, just do it! I commute to work and ride around my local dirt path and now have less range anxiety after 2 days of commuting with no pedal assist, only throttle.
