I've put about 80 miles on my M20 3.0 dual battery so far. I have had zero issues with it and I'm still on the first charge. I really enjoy this bike. It's very stable at speed, quick off the line, comfortable to ride and looks great. It was easy to assemble. Everything went together easily. I added air to the tires and that's about it. Tight spokes, solid brakes, easy to unlock. Zero complaints and I would buy another in a heartbeat.

Bike is great! Very fast and was able to reach 40mph I have mixed feelings about range i never was able to calculate properly due to bars instead of percentage.
Upgrades to do to make bike perfect:
Brake pads, tires, fork in the future, full twist throttle, larger chainset to eliminate ghost pedaling.
Great Commuter Bike, rides smooth, I went with the dual battery, also easy to upgrade. Has the power I need to go between work and home.

I really want to give this machine five stars but its missing crucial features that should already be implemented by this third iteration. Most importantly the battery meter is completely unreliable, one minute you have full bars and the next you're down to half bars with no real true gauge on how much power is left in your bike, this seems like it could be an easy fix via software as there is a battery voltage meter its just inaccessible while riding and does account for voltage sag as again you can't view it while riding the machine. If they could get a proper algorithm together like their other bikes and display a proper % meter (even if its less accurate) that would still be leagues better than this 0 accuracy bar system present.
Nonetheless here is my overall thoughts on this bike:
Tires are not the greatest for street riding, perhaps for off-road or gravel i'm not sure but for city commuting they were atrocious although I will attest to their quality - the bead at least was insanely hard to get over the rim for replacement. So strong tire just not to my liking, PIA to remove... To elaborate on the tires - personally they didn't feel grippy enough and when cornering on roads it would feel wobbly which isn't safe. They rode fine and felt fine when coasting straight but turns and pivots were no bueno for my tastes. I recommend the HEB Viperess specifically for daily commutes in a major metropolitan city like NYC/PHL/Melb/etc. Go Allscape/Ultraverse if you mainly off-road, but if you mainly street ride and are worried about the occasional gravel/curb jump/field run then you'd be perfectly fine with Vipress for the extra road grip. (Sept 8th update, I stand by this statement. Almost 200 miles in a little over a week of riding on the Vipress and they have been so smooth, comfortable, and reliable thus far. 10/10)
Speed is incredible and as advertised, I am 170-180lbs depending on the week and my partner is roughly 100lbs. I like to keep it legal for my state (we dont have class system) so even in ride mode 2 & 3 @ 20-28mph the the bike still takes off nice and quick at lights and was taking nice inclines at a solid pace on a trail ride I did earlier with them today. Feels a lot safer riding around now too as cars are less antsy and I can keep pace appropriately.
Similar to the tires, the brakes are okay but i wouldn't trust them with my life so I swapped for some top brake golds. Can confirm they are top notch, my ebike shop guy has some beef with Top Brake but he even said these golds are better than what I had but he recommended another brand called Jagwire (havent looked into these but i trust his judgement and will try them next time).
The seat is not that comfortable ill definitely be looking into replacing or upgrading the cushion a bit more. My partner and I aren't the most caked up riders so maybe that is to our detriment but yeah not too comfy. Solo riding its a bit better but nothing to ride home about, pun intended. (Update: Went on another 80+ miles riding with my partner and our butts hurt, and thats coming from conditioned pedal cyclists lmao)
Finally the range at least with one battery seems fairly impressive, upwards of 35 miles earlier today and I still had about half charge by the time I came home. Not much pedaling as you can imagine, thats near impossible with a passenger and me being 6ft. Hopefully with the second battery I can squeeze some more range as this hasn't yet solved my range anxiety issue, again at least not with a single battery (second one incoming, shipped separate).
All in all I am very pleased for the price and the quality of the product received. A couple friends already have orders in or soon to be placed so ideally this bike holds up well over time and we will all be pleased! I do recommend this bike to any city commuter, while its not perfect it is still stellar.

This is my 4th bike in 4 years and it is fantastic- well-built, high quality and best value for money. Handles superbly and power / speed is as advertised. Itâs the closest youâll get to a motorbike with pedals. Very happy customer!
This bike has been great! I weigh 260 lbs and have no problem of hitting 40 mph, just hit 300 miles on it, I have the dual battery set up and itâs amazing, ride around the city and be able to come home and not have to charge it every time is sweet, only con is the brakes are pretty squeaky and feel like they are really trying to stop, but they do their job, all in all Iâm very happy with the purchase
i have owned this bike since July 16th, at first their was an issue with the charging, But that was NOT Engwe fault. The shipping company delivered the box EXTREMELY damaged. but after speaking to the people at Engwe, They helped me by sending a replacement battery oddly enough it charged on the bike even the first battery. something with the bms, but i have put nearly 300miles on this bike in a short time, i tow a trailer with my dog, the bike pulls nice, rides nice, have not had any REAL issues, it's got plenty of torque, ive had many ebiked most 48v, it's not just the voltage its in the gearing and wattage, those bikes on hills around me always dropped down 10-15mph to a speed of 12-17mph. this bike if i hit the hill doing 40mph, it only drops down to 25-27mph regains it's self and starts gaining speed again. this bike is awesome, i love it, adjustable suspension front forks, rear DNM coil shock with adjustable knob, and coil. nice road tires quiet. I recommend not driving them in deep soft sand, slippery dried puddles found on trails as they do not grip very well, but hard packed gravel, sand, they are great, handles nice. way better then most bikes i have encoutered. great support they get back to me within a day and respond to my problems without argument.

This actually fits shorter riders! I'm 5'6" and 75yrs old, and I do have a bit of a problem swinging my arthritic leg over the seat, but I can sit on it with BOTH feet on the ground.! 𤪠It's easy to ride and lots of fun. I had to "adapt " some panniers to work on the bike as I use it mainly to go to the store for groceries. I have also bypassed the 20mph limit as I do use it on some city highways, and I like to kind of keep up with the traffic. I just hate having all of the cars zooming past me. It's also fun to beat them across the intersections using the throttle! But I rarely use it otherwise and get plenty of speed on just assist 2 or 3. Over 20 on 2, and up to 30, or so, on 3. đđđĽ°
The bike rides great! Engwe needs to deliver on their promises and pay better attention to what goes into the box, like the right key for the storage compartment. Thank you
It features a more spacious seat than a regular bike, allowing it to carry a passenger like a motorcycle. It even comes with passenger pedals so the passenger's feet don't dangle. Additionally, there's a convenient key-locked storage compartment near the handlebars, which I greatly appreciate, as I don't like keeping my phone or other personal items directly outside my pockets.
After a while, I finally received my M20 3.0 a few weeks ago. I opted for the dual-battery version. The second battery arrived a week after the car, but that's no big deal. The car is fantastic, powerful, feature-rich, and the dual-battery range is amazing.
