The giveaway runs from November 2 to December 3, 2026, across four EAGLE draws, plus two Special Prize draws: one M20 3.0 Dual Battery in Black and one Robin van Persie Signed Football. Eligible purchases and free email entries qualify. Entries close at 11:59 PM on November 30. Both Special Prize winners will be announced on December 3. All times are U.S. Pacific Standard Time, PST (UTC−8). Round dates appear on the campaign page.

Participation Rules:

1. Open to U.S. residents aged 18 or older in eligible states with a delivery address within ENGWE’s shipping coverage. Void in Florida, New York, Rhode Island and where prohibited or restricted. Shipping restrictions apply.

2. Enter through either method below, with equal chances of winning:
A. Purchase Entry: Purchase and pay for any e-bike on the official ENGWE U.S. website between November 2 at 12:00 AM and November 30 at 11:59 PM. Your order email will be entered automatically.
B. Free Email Entry: No purchase required. Submit a valid email through the campaign page before the relevant round closes.

3. One entry per person in each eligible draw. Purchase and email are alternative entry methods; multiple purchases or submissions do not increase the odds. Eligibility begins upon the first valid entry. Invalid orders are excluded, but users may still enter by email before the deadline.

4. Rounds 1–4 each award one EAGLE. Two separate Special Prize winners will be drawn from all valid entries received by November 30: one will receive an M20 3.0 Dual Battery in Black, and the other will receive a football signed by Robin van Persie. Previous EAGLE winners remain eligible for both Special Prize draws. Winning either Special Prize does not affect eligibility for the other. EAGLE colors are subject to availability.

5. Each round closes at 11:59 PM on its stated deadline. Non-winning entries automatically roll over to later EAGLE draws. Enter earlier to join more rounds. Each participant may win only one EAGLE but remains eligible for both Special Prize draws.

6. Masked winner emails will appear on the campaign page, and winners will also be notified through their order or entry email. Winners must reply within 48 hours with verification and delivery details. Otherwise, a replacement winner may be drawn.

7. Prizes will ship within 30 days after verification. Delivery times vary. Prizes cannot be transferred, exchanged for cash or credited against an order. Winners are responsible for applicable taxes.

8. Participation constitutes acceptance of these rules. Personal data will be handled under ENGWE’s Privacy Policy. ENGWE reserves interpretation rights where legally permitted, without affecting statutory consumer rights.
